The Gardena Smart Sensor Control Set is an intelligent irrigation system designed to automate and optimise your garden and greenhouse watering. It includes all that you need to get started – Gateway, Water Controller and Soil Moisture Sensor
The Set Includes:
- Smart Sensor: Measures soil moisture and temperature at root level, ensuring water is only used when needed.
- Smart Water Control: Attaches to your garden tap and lets you set up to six customised watering schedules daily via the Gardena Smart App.
- Smart Gateway: Connects to your home internet router for wireless communication between the devices and the app.
This system helps conserve water by preventing unnecessary irrigation, especially after rainfall. The app gives real time updates and alerts, including frost warnings, and lets you pause watering schedules in cold weather.
It works with Gardena’s Micro Drip and Sprinkler systems and can be expanded with additional smart devices as needed.
Both the Smart Sensor and Smart Water Control are wireless and battery powered (AA batteries).

Can I control the system manually
