Shipping Policy

We aim to despatch all of our items on the same working day (Monday to Friday) if ordered by 2.30pm. Due to the wide range of products with different weights and sizes, we will choose the most suitable courier to deliver your parcel.

Our main delivery partners are, but not limited to, Evri, Royal Mail, ParcelForce and DHL. If you have a preferred courier, please do not hesitate to request this and we will try our best to assist. Please note that there may be extra charges for this and we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted however we will let you know before sending the item out.

UK orders
Our standard domestic (UK) service aims to reach you the next working day. This is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us.

We often have promotions with free shipping. This service is usually 1 to 3 days. If you require a next day service then you may be charged

International Orders
Please contact us for international deliveries. We aim to fulfil all orders but some of our products cannot be shipped outside the UK. 

Our standard International service aims to reach you within 5 working days. We can also provide an express international service to reach you within 1-3 working days.
