Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us or request a return via your online account.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For non-faulty returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you’ve simply changed your mind, just let us know within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund.
However, if you have used the product or had it installed, we may not be able to sell it to someone else. This means that where the value of the product is reduced by your use, we may only make a partial refund, or charge you for the reduction in value. If you have not used the product and it is returned to us in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the product being returned.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Due to health and safety. in-ear headphones are non-returnable if they have been used, unless faulty. This is because they cannot be resold to anyone else.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Cancellations
We aim to dispatch all of our items on the same day therefore cancellations requests need to be made as soon as possible. More information on our dispatch can be found in our Shipping Policy
Bundles
Items that are purchased as part of a bundle need to be returned with the whole bundle to be eligible for a full refund. If only part of the bundle would like to be returned, we will only refund part of the total bundle price. The value of the part will be reflected on your purchase receipt.
Used items
If an unwanted item has been returned to us in a condition where it has been used, we may deduct up to 50% of the original cost of the item of your refund to cover the loss of value of the product. We will do our best to communicate this to you before a returns process is initiated.
Sharp products
We want to keep our selected delivery partners safe, so please return sharp products such as kitchen knives and gardening tools in the original packaging that it was sent in.
Headphones & Earphones
Due to health and safety, In-ear headphones which have been used may not eligible for a return unless faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us
